1. ANBC IS LEAD BY OUR SENIOR PASTOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church. The Senior Pastor is responsible for receiving and casting the vision from the Lord for the church.
2. ANBC IS PROTECTED BY ELDERS
Our Elders consist of six men of the congregation appointed by the Elder Board to oversee the discipleship and provide counsel to the Senior Pastor Leadership Team regarding the major spiritual commitments of the church.
3. ANBC IS GUIDED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors are six leaders of the congregation vested with the management of the financial business and affairs of A New Beginning Church. They provide wisdom in guiding the church presently and for the future direction of the church.
